I've got a mumble server running on a RaspberryPi at home and it works great. Although as soon as I fire up uTorrent and start downloading something I can no longer hear anyone talking, though they can hear me, pause the download and everything goes back to normal.
I set port forwarding to the RaspberryPi and QoS priority to high, even checked to make sure uTorrent isn't using the same port for the download but the problem persists.
Anyone have some advice to resolve the issue? Thanks
Different applications can never use the same port just like that.
A port is a unique access point.
Obviously, when your torrent takes away your bandwidth there is nothing left for Mumble.
Try severely limiting your torrent bandwidth.
