#977 Incorrect html rendering of channel descriptions

If I use the attached "example.html" as a channel description in Mumble, it gets rendered like in the attached "tooltip.png", but it should get rendered like in the attached "browser.png" which is a screenshot of the html file rendered by a QtWebKit browser.

    Qts HTML rendering that Mumble uses only supports a subset of HTML/CSS.

    I’m not 100 % sure I’m looking at the right place, but Qts doc on the supported subset for richtext, which can be found at https://qt-project.org/doc/qt-4.8/richtext-html-subset.html#css-properties
    does not list the display CSS property indicating your display:inline-block is not supported.
