#805 sound distorition on high volume

When someone lough or just talk loudly I hear distortion.
TeamSpeak3 with same settings sonds clear.
Sounds like Mumble needs a kind of limiter before encoding stage.
Sample attached to bug report.

    That's likely a problem of overly high amplification on the sending side. In some cases, the audio wizard chooses very high settings (10-20dB gain). Try reducing that to maybe 3-4dB in the Audio Input settings.

    I set plification to 2 and have same issue.
    Anyway, even when amplitude goes out of range it should be clipped. But in mumble ti wraps around. So value 1.2 becomes -0.8. It makes very strong high frequency noise. I hear this sound distortions even in youtube videos with Mumble speeches.

    New info. I changed inbound sound volume to 90% and now I have mutch less distoritions. Seems like distorition appears not in recording side but in playback side.
