[Multpartrequest-users] Prefix string too short exception

Hi,
I use version 1.30b2.
I've this exception when I upload file with the prexif name less of 3 
character.

In the method createTempFile of class TempFile
the exception is trown because "prefix must be at least 3 characters long".

Why the prefix must be at least 3 characters long?
