#17 pass file name via command line

It would help me a lot if there was a way to pass the
name of a pdf file to be annotated on the command line
when calling multivalent, i.e.

> multivalent 223.pdf

would load the (existing) file 223.pdf and any existing
hubs from ~/Multivalent/personal/ .

I'm requesting this because I am using multivalent to
annotate scientific journal papers that I read. Those
papers are accessed by a tcl/tk script I wrote myself.
With the option above, I could open the /annotated/
file directly from within the database.
