Dear Readers of the Multivalent-Forum, dear Developers,
I'd like to join dinu77's Question. In order to display PDF-Documents containing JBIG2-Compressed files I would also need Multivalent to be able to parse JBIG2-containing documents.
Unfortunately, I also don't have an idea, where to get a BSD-licenced implementation for Java.
Do you think, in further releases, the JBIG2-features will be supported and if, are you able to give me a hint concerning the time that might take?
Thanks a lot in advance. Greets from Germany,
Timo

When do you think we will have jbig 2 in multivalent?
If someone can point to a BSD-licened JBIG2 implementation in Java somewhere, then pretty soon. Who has PDFs with JBIG2?

CVista PDF compressor makes PDFs with JBIG2.
I think Adobe capture makes them too.
It would be wonderful if Multivalent could parse them.
