First Release

Ok so I just uploaded a basic outline in code form of how this is going to work. The files will may or may not compile, but i doesn't matter because they don't do anything. Once i start filling out some of the methods and shit i'll upload again. If your working on the project, you can also fill out some of the methods or add ones that you think we need.
