#9 Patch for #1157506 handle TYPE= properly in the Opie Plugin

libversit of multisync does not handle TYPE as I would
expect.
Add a special opie_isAPropertyOfO that handles 'TYPE='
properly. This seems to fix the problem for the Opie
plugin but it looks like libversit needs fixing to
handle it as well.
