#26 Support for Palm's user defined filelds

Palm's Adress book has 4 user defined fields for every
card. It would be great if these could be converted in
to vcard fields add vice versa. The mapping has to be
defined by the user, of course.
For example I am using one of these fields to store the
persons birthday. I'd like to have that synchronised to
the BDAY field in vcard.
