#32 LDAP and Ampersands

I've found that I cannot successfully sync ldap entries
with ampersands (&) in their names. Here is an LDIF of
one of them which you should be able to replicate the
problem with.

I am using Multisync 0.82, SynCE 0.90 and syncing with
an IPAQ 2200.
