#28 T630: deleted contact causes hang

Syncing between irmc_bluetooth (talking to T630) and ldap.
If a contact is deleted from the T630 that was
originally synced in both T630 and LDAP database, then
the next sync hangs. Multisync crashes with a dialog
saying the application must be restarted.
The only way to fix the situation is to delete the
contact manually from the LDAP server.
