[MP-d] Comic sources imported

Hi!

Peter finally got around to hand me his Comic distribution. I sorted
out what changes he made. I also added or changed the copyright
notices where appropriate. I.e. I massaged the sources as I did
before checking in the `smartkom' branch.

I imported these packages

	lib/config
	lib/moduleManager
	lib/pooldefs
	lib/pool2file
	mod/gui
	opt/base
	opt/commentator
	opt/logTools

As I said the new vendor tag is `comic' and lives on branch 1.1.3.

The remaining modules do not differ from their SmartKom version on
vendor branch `smartkom'. Therefore I did not import them explicitly.
However, I don't know whether this is good because this way

	lcvs -d sm...@cv...:/cvsroot/multiplatform checkout -r c=
omic source

results in only the packages with `comic' branches. The remaining
packages are missing. This is not intended. I'll think about it.
