[MP-d] Renamed `lib/pools' to `lib/pca'

Hi!

Heinz doesn't like the package name `pools'. He is right because it
the correct name would probably be `pca'. I changed that before
checking in so the repository needs not be changed structurally later.

This causes some changes in several places I guess.
