[MP-d] Dropped the `lib' in `opt/lib/something'

Hi!

Before starting to import our old stuff I made up my mind to drop that
unloved `lib' in `opt/lib/something'. I.e. all `opt' packages will be
located directly under `opt' in the SourceForge CVS tree. Of course
this needs a bit care to name each package other than `bin', `lib' or
`demo' but that should not be difficult.

Though I wanted to import everything just as it was in SmartKom in the
final release I considered this change in the directory structure
important enough to do it before checking anything in. After all
moving things around in CVS is a bit difficult.

This change needs only a small change in the MakeIncludes - given that
`Makefile's do it right. I think I'll make that change on the trunk.
