Multiparse ---------- 1. General information ---------------------- The Multiparse project (http://sourceforge.net/projects/multiparse) contains implementations of algorithms to integrate the output of different NLP tools (part of speech taggers, morphologies, parsers, etc.) in order to obtain more accurate, more robust and more fine-grained linguistic analyses. Currently, the code available through the SVN implements the algorithms for the ontology-based merging of alternative morphosyntactic and morphological analyses produced by several tools for German as described by Chiarcos (2010), Towards robust multi-tool tagging. An OWL/DL-based approach, to be presented at ACL 2010, Uppsala, July 2010. Important note: There has not been an official release yet. The code currently available through the SVN is not yet portable, it is not sufficiently documented, and there is no dependency management. However, I keep working on that ... 2. Setting it up ---------------- Checkout the latest code (https://multiparse.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/multiparse/trunk) and follow the instructions in trunk/src/install.txt. Note that all code in the SVN is experimental and not yet officially released.
