MultiColoredNodes Plugin for Cytoscape / News: Recent posts

The colored overlays now have the shape of the correspoonding node.

The plugin now uses vector graphics, which results in better resolution when zooming into an exported network view (e.g. in a pdf file).

MultiColoredNodes is now capable of visualizing an individual number of features for each node separately (see Forum for help).
