Hi,
it seems that multibootusb fails on archlinux. The syslinux.cfg file is missing all the entries you attached to another bug report, and I see an error at the end of creating when I run it from the command line:
cd /home/user/.multiusb; chmod +x ./update2-cfg.sh ;./update2-cfg.sh systemrescuecd /run/media/user/USBKEY/multibootusb/systemrescuecd-x86-3.8.0
Impossible to analyse /run/media/user/USBKEY/multibootusb/*.c32: No such file or directory
