#2 installation impossible

I have tried to install on win xp sp2, the installer goes till where i choose the install-directory, then only gives me the option to exit setup, nothing else! after clicking this button the installer hangs and consumes all cpu-power. bummer, no chance of even trying it out :(

Also on your homepage it say's please send feedback, but no adress or link to send it to!
