enclosed is a draft of a document on how comm are chosen, and advancement as 
comm. please read over it and discuss it, suggest things that could improve 
it, or question anything that doesn't follow.

if you reply to the email address 
mul...@li... (just hitting reply from your 
mail client should do this), then your message will be sent to everyone 
subscribed to this list, and doing so lets people discuss different ideas in 
the open, without needing to send multiple emails for each person
