#6 mulops Search

Website has a "filter" option - to allow display of ony mulops-commands containing a specified search string.

Add a search option to mulops - so users can search for relevant command.
At the moment users need to run mulops and search using grep.

eg: mulops -s memory ( should display call mulops-commands whose name or description contains the string "memory" ).
