Read Me

To compile Muf and run UMLS mapping, one have to have an UMLSKS RMI client library (called something like kss-api-5.0.jar). Library can be obtained at http://umlsks.nlm.nih.gov/ under Downloads -- Developer's API. Registration at the UMLSKS is necessary but it is free.
