muah update

Contrary to the muah's last news posting, muah will be using the moo server. In addition, a new LAYOUT has been placed on muah's web site at http://muah.sourceforge.net/?ipage=devnotes This document may change rapidly as new decisions are made on how muah will be implemented. Release of the first version will probably be sometime in middle to late January 2003. This release will come in three forms: the server, the client and the core (the core is the actual game data).
The biggest reason for using the moo server is that it saves time. The alternative is like trying to reinvent the wheel. Also, the copying of the moo server will not be all at once, but instead be copied little by little.

New site design/code parser

Muah's website (http://muah.sourceforge.net) has been redesigned. Also, muah will use the same programming language that MOOs use. This will help make writing code for people's own muah servers much easier. However, because the most of the parser will not share code with LambdaMOO's parser, I don't expect version 0.1 (the first version that will do something) to be done until January 2003.
