#10 Centos 6.5 upgrade
i have a dell server with a dell powervault 124t attached running centos. mtx started freezing and rebooting my machine after a centos update around the end of august. just to check i did a fresh install of centos 6.4 and everything worked and when i did a mass webmin package update it is freezing again. can you help with this? i can provide more details once i know this is the place to ask. an mtx status command returns the info but an mtx load command freezes/reboots the system once the packages are updated. thanks for any help you can provide.
followup... i updated all my servers four (4) days before the problem above came up. many of them show the same four (4) packages being updated... glibc, hwloc, mysql55w & openssl.
any of those sound like they might cause a problem with mtx?

mtx is just an app. it can't freeze up or reboot the system unless there is a driver bug. This either bug in your scsi card driver or in the kernel scsi system.
