#5 Distribute SDK on Maven repository

For developers who use Maven to manage their dependencies, the SDK for Java is not as easy to integrate into their development environment.

We should be adding the SDK to the Maven repository and properly represent the dependencies.

Here are the implementation options in priority:

1) Create a JAR distro that only contains the SDK related code and none of the dependencies

2) Submit this JAR distro to Maven and indicate the external dependencies

3) Modify the SDK build environment to leverage Maven for external libraries and creating the full distribution

We should still make sure that we can provide a full distribution that contains all the required libraries for developers who do not use Maven.
