For developers using IDEs like Eclipse, it is tricky to easily add the SDK source and dependent libraries to a project because of the inclusion of the Axis generated java files.

Users of the SDK should only need to include the JAR of the Axis generated classes. There should be no useful reason for including the source into the project.

We should remove the auto generated source files from the src directory. Developers who are interested in regenerating the WSDL objects can do so via the Ant build script.

This will make it significantly easier for developers to start using the SDK.
