#6 Use results file as input for approveWork/RejectWork

I should be allowed to use the .results file as the input to the approveWork and rejectWork commands instead of having to create a new csv file just for this purpose.

approveWork and rejectWork should be modified to look for the standard column name for assignments (i.e. assignmentid) to approve.

The .results file format should be modified so that it includes a column where users can specify whether to approve or reject the assignment. Also include a column where users can enter in an optional comment.
