#8 Multiple i/o directories
-dr example_in takes simpar.txt, numpar.txt etc from
dir "example_in"
-dr example_out put results into example_out
-de example_exp exports code into example_out
Note these can be of the form ex1/ex2/ex3
mtt creates the dirs
This willl also go nicely with the report representation
