#83 Chat Client: Specify IRC server and starting channel

The server list shouldn't be hard coded. If the
community needs to move to a different IRC network,
you'll have to release a new version. At the very least I
would think it should be an .ini file or something that
could be edited to add alternate networks.

You should also be able to specify the default channel
that the client joins upon connecting.
