#82 Server advertise in channels other than #mtgplay

If you join a channel other than #mtgplay, a new chat
window pops up. You can't see the player list or use the
server advert functions in any channel but #mtgplay.
I'm not sure if this is a bug or is intended... Would be
nice if you could use all the functions in any channel,
and be able to specify which channels your adverts are
sent to. Yes, I have alterior motives for this, but I can
see in the future if the MTGPlay community is large
enough that you might want to have sub-channels for
different game type.
This would also help with testing... right now I'm
reluctant to test out any of the server management
features because I don't want to spam the channel while
testing. Being able to test in #mtgplaybeta or something
would help.
Additionally, if the above is implemented, being able to
specify the default starting channel would also be good.
