#74 "Order my hand" option

It'd be nice if by right clicking you could
automatically order the cards in your hand by:

* Land (spells first, land last)
* Mana Cost
* Colors
* Spell types

Maybe another option would be to be able to "move" the
cards in your hand so you'd be able to order them
yourself however you wished.

I personally used to order my hand when I played with
real cards. It is something I guess more people do, and
I miss it in MTGplay.
