I would like there to be a way to make a call to a 4rd
party DLL from inside the MTGPlay deck editor.

I have a program that prints images given a list of JPG
files, and I would like to print card decks for practice.

I assume you mean 3rd party. I've not heard of 4th party!

We wouldn't just be able to do this genericly. You would
need to tell us where you can get the DLL and the
    documentation on it.

Alternatively, you can start looking at the source code
(which is available), and figure out where you want to include
the routines to call your DLL. If you want to be added to the
developer list, we'd like to know your background and your
experience. Also, Torgo has outlined a sctrict guideline for
developers to follow. You would need to look over and
    understand that.

we've talked directly to him and i'm getting him sample code..
so his app can acces teh MTGPlay DB and print your decks..
after I'm done with this revision of MTGPlay that is next.
