MSX Disk Interface Emulator Firmware

Feel clean ups and I remove entirely the Microchip USB Stack code. I Will try to create my own USB CDC stack from scratch for this project as I did with FAT and SD Card.

IMPROVED:
- Altered the High Priority ISR to improve speed. Now the MSX BUS can access the addresses from D0 to D7 with only 4 wait states;

FIXED:
- Now Low priority interrupts are working;
- better mechanism for key detection;
- Now, when disc is selected you can reset the MSX after pressing the SEL button for more than 2 seconds;
- Added several comments to clarify the code;
- Removed unnecessary files (.bak files and compiled files) from the SVN server;
