#4 Working through reverse proxy

I'm very interested in getting this to work behind a reverse proxy (ideally nginx) so that I can use that to do name based redirection to multiple HTTPS servers on my network - something like as discussed here - https://sourceforge.net/p/openvpn-als/discussion/824508/thread/127124ab
