Migrate feature request from mozilla bugzilla (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=322595) to here.
Patch attached to add header with random (enough) value using '-z' flag. This is useful in testing systems that have single instance storage (store the same message once, with a "pointer" for each recipient).
Patch attached and updated to current svn tree.
