#2 Modification at N-terminus

I am interested in quantitation of
formaldehyde/NaBH3CN-labeled peptides -
which results in addition of CH2CH2 or CD2CD2 to all
lysines and N-termini of the peptides

I installed MSQuant and DTA Supercharge -
everything seems to be working fine with regular stuff.
(such as with "no-isotope" LTQ-Orbitrap data)

How can add modification that I need?

If modifications do not involve N-termini -
is it enough to appropriately modify "new_MSQ_quantitationModes.xml" file?

What do I need to do for modified N-termini?

I would greatly appreciate any help!
