I've downloaded the previous and latest version of the program but I couldn't find exampleSpectra.mgf. Could you upload it? Thank you!

  My bad. I have found it. It is available for download in other directory testdata/testdata.tar.gz. The contents are nearly identical with MSProGene/exampleFiles/
