App Start...
Load last MSP file - Automatically load file number one from the Recent File List when the application starts. [Recent File List]

Grid...
Double click entry to edit - Double click anywhere on a row to edit that entry. Hold the control key and it becomes a New Entry. [Edit, New, Duplicate, Delete]
Show MSP file long name - In the Grid column Lib either show the letter index of the long name of the library.

Chart...
Show symbols for small peaks - Peaks with an intensity of less than 5% of the largest peak on display are either annotated with a symbol or nothing at all.
Show major grid lines - Toggles visibility of the chart's major grid lines.
Show minor grid lines - Toggles visibility of the chart's minor grid lines.
Line Colour - Sets the chart line colour to one of these values.

On Save...
Tidy DB index - Replace the Value of the Comment "DB#" with the ID of the entry in the grid. [Library Load Stats]
If "DB#" is not a Comment it is added.
Where multiple libraries have been loaded this provides a unique key for the entries in the saved file.
Peak value seperator - The character string used to separate peak entries in the saved MSP file. The default is "; "
Peaks per line - The number of peaks saved on one line.

General...
Recent File List Length - The number of entries in the Recent File List. [Recent File List]
Show Library Loading Stats after load - Toggles the display of the loading stats when any file is opened or added. [Library Load Stats]
Show Menu Bar - Toggles visibility of the Menu Bar. [Menu Bar]
Reset URL send action - Displays the confirm-action window for sending link data to the internet. Allows you to rest your choice if you have selected Never or Always. [Sending links to the Internet]
Show First Use pages... - Displays the First Use Pages window. [First Use Pages]
