+Peaks are annotated with their mass value (at the precision in the data). However putting this annotation on small intensity peaks makes the display look cluttered and ugly as the annoation typically classes with something.
+To get around this the small peaks do not have their mass annotated. This is replaced with either a small circle or nothing at all. There is a Settings option so you can decide.
+As you zoom to a small peak it is no longer smaller, so it's mass is annotated.
+Below are two screen shots showing this. 
+In the first one the peak at 139 is annoated with a cirlce is it is a small % of the tallest peak on display.
+In the second, because it is zoomed in, 139 is now a much bigger % of the tallest peak on display and it's mass is annotated.
+This doesn't clean up all text clashes, but it helps.
