Block Data

The data (the non-peak information) in the selected row of the grid is displayed in the Comment Panel.
In its simplest sense this is a list of all the [Key, Value] entries.
However some Keys have reserved values and they are displayed separately. See [Edit]

The two screen shots below show firstly an example from the Captital Cities example file; Paris.
Keys are shown in blue. Value in black.
The [Key, Value] can contain anything, it's just text. It doesn't have to be chemical properties.

Comments with Keys of: Formula, MW, Exact Mass, CAS# are displayed together as these are reserved Keys.
All other comments are show after these except for Synonymns, which are Comments with [Key=Synon] and are shown as a group after the peaks.

If the value for the [Key=CAS#] has the corect syntax for a CAS# then the value is displayed as a hyperlink to ChemSpider.
If there is a [Key=InChiKey] then the value is displayed as a hyperink to Pubchem.
