How to use MSP-HTPrimer Virtual Machine?

Step1: Download and install Virtual Box from https://www.virtualbox.org/

Step2: Download MSP-HTPrimer Virtual machine from https://sourceforge.net/p/msp-htprimer/wiki/Virtual_Machine

Step3: Import MSP-HTPrimer Virtual Machine file into Virtual Box

Step4: Login into MSP-HTPrimer Virtual machine with username = testuser and password = testuser

Step5: Open web browser for example Firefox and open http://localhost/msp-htprimer and run the pipeline for primer design with the test data set.
