msmtp-scripts

This is a rewrite of the msmtpq and msmtp-queue scripts from the the msmtp project (https://msmtp.sourceforge.net). It adds support for use as a mail transport agent, syslogging, an SMTP server on stdin/stdout, compatibility with sendmail and postfix, and written queue management.
