First commit after overhaul

I have rewritten msmtpq and msmtp-queue as msmtq-ng and msmtpq-ng-queue. The concept is the same but method has greatly changed, syslogging is added, an stdin/stdout SMTP server has been added, and queue management is completely different (more comptible with sendmail/postfix).
