A visualization tool for index values calculated from mass spectrometry imaging data. Users can specify mass features (peaks in mass spectra) of interest and freely set calculation to derive any kind of index values. This tool outputs the visualization of index values in TIFF format as well as raw 2D matrix of raw values in csv format.
