#5 Windows Installer 4.5 support

Windows Installer 4.5 contains some nice features like embedded user interface and embedded chainer. Microsoft support page: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/942288 The posts on Windows Installer Team Blog about 4.5: http://blogs.msdn.com/windows_installer_team/archive/tags/MSI4.5/default.aspx

It would be nice for this project to support this version of Windows Installer. By the way, Windows Installer is at version 5 now.
