<h1>MsgExport Package</h1>
<p>This package contains the <em>MsgExport</em> application.
<em>MsgExport</em> is used to export <em>.msg</em> files
from a MAPI store with the help of an installed version of MS Outlook.
</p>
<p>For long-term preservation of mail the resulting .msg files
will have to be converted further.</p>
<p>The command-line script <em>MsgExport.cmd</em> can be found in the
<em>bin</em> folder. <em>MsgExport -h</em> displays a short usage notice.
</p>
<p>An interactive user interface for the command-line application can also
be found in the <em>bin</em> folder. Its name is <em>mx.js</em>. Normally
double clicking it with the mouse will start it. If that fails, call
it from the command-line using <em>wscript</em>: <em>wscript bin/mx.js</em>.
</p>
<p>Please consult the <a href="documentation/MsgExport.pdf">manual</a> for more
information about <em>MsgExport</em>.</p>
