#7 get the time/date string from Miranda

As far as I know, Miranda stores the time/date string in
the database. This could be used for the plugin as well.

When a new event arrives Msg_Export already exports the
event with the time stamp from the miranda DB.
So you will need to explain in more detail what it is you want.

Not necessarily.
You configure how you want to write the timestamp from the
Miranda database to the file. you can do this in the Message
Export options.
