#17 Options dialog is not DPI-aware

REPRO:
1. Change DPI settings in your system (for example to 78dpi)
2. Open Miranda IM options dialog
3. Go to MsgExport settings

What is wrong?
Dialog looks bad (look at the attached image)
As you can see at this picture, it is a little bit hard to use this dialog (for example some buttons are hidden with other)
