Having Problems activating MSFE in Webmin

I have installed MSFE on 4 servers. All servers OS RH9 with exim as MTA. The module MSFE is running perfectly in 3 servers, whilst the last the module will not activate in webmin. All configures the same. When configured returns to the original page saying that it needs to be configured. Any ideas would be appreciated.BTW great module very helpful.

  Hi, Sorry for the late reply. Are you seeing any specific errors?
  
  have you checked the obvious like path settings etc?
