#1 fieldExited() called when frame loses focus

Not sure if this is a bug or a feature, but
fieldExited() gets called on all the registered
MFieldListeners when the frame loses focus.

i.e. If someone is halfway through typing in a date,
and flicks across to another program to check that he
remembers the date correctly, the MFieldListeners will
be alerted that the person has finished filling in the
date, and has moved onto the next control.

This can be a problem with data validation. When the
person flicks back to the java program, a dialog is
displayed telling them they filled in the date wrong.
