#6 French localization

Hi Henrik,

I was initially planning to do that before the last release, as a token of appreciation for last patch integration, but it took longer than I thought, and I got sidetracked.

So please find attached the French localization files for ms-sys (PO and man page).

Note that the man page is UTF-8, but I tested that it displayed as expected using man -l ms-sys.1 (and I would really advise against putting any effort to supporting systems that are not UTF-8 compatible, in 2016).

Unfortunately, as I don't speak french myself I will not be able to maintain these files if/when new functionality is added to ms-sys. But if or when that happens, gnu gettext will simply fall back to untranslated english output for any new missing phrases and the man page will probably only be slightly outdated.

Before making a new release I do plan on rewriting the man page using the glyphs described in the man page of groff_char (7). Doing so will make the man page work not only with utf-8, but also other charsets using more or less bytes for every char.

In my experience no such work is needed for the po-file, gnu gettext seems able to correctly translate between stored and displayed charsets.

Even though utf-8 today is the most widely used charset I wouldn't want to leave other charsets out in the cold when groff has built in support for all charsets.

I hope I will find some time for this and make a new release 2.5.3 before the summer, but I don't make any promises.

Yes. I fully expect that (as I have the same issue with translations that are added to Rufus), and I will try to update the translation when required.

Feel free to take your time for the next release.
